​Our shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your consignment. We strive to keep these costs transparent and competitive.

​Domestic Shipping Charges (per kg):

• ​Within Karnataka:
  • ​Parcels: ₹40 per kg (General) / ₹20 per kg (Local)
  • ​B2B Bulk weight: ₹3-6 per kg
• ​South India (Other States):
  • ​Parcels: ₹40 per kg.
  • ​B2B Bulk Weight: ₹3-6 per kg
• ​North India:
  • ​Parcels: ₹69 per kg.
  • ​B2B Bulk weight: ₹3-6 per kg

International Courier Price Details:

• Colombo: ₹350 for 500 grams; ₹190 for each additional 500 grams.
• Dubai: ₹290 for 500 grams; ₹100 for each additional 500 grams.
• Kathmandu: ₹210 for 500 grams; ₹100 for each additional 500 grams.
• Singapore: ₹390 for 500 grams; ₹100 for each additional 500 grams.

​Note: For international shipments to destinations like Dubai, Singapore, or Colombo, specific rates apply based on weight slabs starting from 500g.

​Delivery Timelines & Terms

​We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the service type selected (General Parcel or Courier).

​Please note that standard delivery is typically made to the logistics provider’s local godown/warehouse. Door delivery services are available for an extra charge and are attempted only once. If you are unable to receive the package during the attempt, you may need to collect it from the local hub.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates (by Region)

South States: 3–5 business days

North States: 5–8 business days

Eastern States: 8–14 business days

Tracking numbers are provided via email/whatsapp. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please take photos of the package and contact us immediately so we can assist you.

​Important Shipping Guidelines

• ​Storage Fees: Consignments not picked up within 7 days of arrival at the destination godown may incur storage charges (approx. ₹30 per quintal/day).
• ​Claims: In the rare event of a discrepancy, complaints regarding delivery or damage must be raised within 7 days of delivery or 30 days from the booking date, whichever is earlier.
• ​Liability: All goods are shipped on a “said to contain” basis. We recommend checking your order immediately upon receipt.
